No sound
Check device volume and the audio output. Open sound preferences: a session cannot play if all its sounds are excluded. Try a short session at a comfortable volume.
Mirror unavailable
Listening and touch controls work without camera access. If you want to use the mirror, check the app’s camera permission in iOS Settings. The mirror stops when you leave the studio or the app becomes inactive.
Your saved content
Sessions and your latest saved movement are local to the device. The privacy screen offers an explicit erase action. Backups managed by iOS are separate.
Purchases and billing
App Store purchases, downloads and refund requests are handled through Apple’s services. Devotellix cannot promise an Apple refund.
