- How does the wear timer work? Tap "Retirer les aligneurs" (Remove aligners) when eating or brushing, and tap "Remettre" (Wear aligners) when you put them back. The app automatically calculates your daily wear time.
- Where is my dental data stored? Your progress photos and wear times are stored 100% locally on your iOS device via SwiftData database. There is no cloud storage, and your medical data never leaves your iPhone.
- How do notifications work? SmileStep uses local notifications to send meal reminders after 15, 30, or 45 minutes, set change notifications, and morning cleaning alerts. No remote push servers are used.
